Welcomed by our salesman Chuck Andres, the sales manager Matt, and account specialist Paul Nettleton. Always treated well with hi's and handshakes at Alex Motors. Nice to be remembered for our business. Picked up our 4th leased vehicle and 3rd Chev Equinox. Car was in the lot ready to go and Chuck was outside getting a few water spots off the grill...nice. Car was totally clean and ready to go. Did all the paper work inside and Chuck then came out to the car with us and walked us through all the new technology in the Equinox and got us re-enrolled in On-Star and Sirius/XM. He spent at least 1 1/2 hours in the car with us helping two older adults through the new technology. Chuck stressed that we should contact him if any issues or if we needed some assistance with the new technology. We felt no stress/pressure during the sales experience and everyone made us comfortable. I feel totally comfortable with our experience at Alexandria Motors. Bruce & Nancy Thorson

Well, a few weeks after the purchase there were a couple of issues with the car. We were not comfortable just having the issues fixed and getting back into it. We asked to have the car replaced. Upon arriving at Alex Chev and Cadillac dealer for routine service (new key fob), my dash gauge (C7 Corvette) told me that I had low pressure tire. When I arrived I found a very low tire. The service department was able to get me in and fix the tire in very short order. Within the hour I was informed by a very pleasant service department person (I'm embarrassed that I don't know her name) that they had found a nail in the tire, repaired it, and after paying, what I thought, was a very reasonable charge, I was on my way which could have been a mini disaster in the course of my day. After quite a few years of dealing with Alex Chev,I've always been treated with friendly greetings and totally honest information whatever my issue has been. Kudos to this business in my community!! This was a very positive service call. From my initial appt. that was easy to schedule, to the actual completion of the work required the part was not available from the dealers' stock so had to be ordered. I was notified by the repair technician when it arrived, and a day was established to complete the work. Due to my unavailability, I needed to reschedule two different times. The Technician was very accommodating and rescheduled with no issue. On the day of service, I was greeted nicely and informed of my options available during the time it would take to complete the installation of the part. I chose to stay at the dealership. We were having problems with our ignition. The Mechanic checked our vehicle and couldn't find a cause, suspected the remote was the problem, Advised us to use the remote that had very little use and to make sure that the batteries for the remote were changed in a timely manner. Also that the remote may need to be replaced. We were not billed for this service call.

I asked to have my cabin filter changed, engine air filter changed, and my tires rotated. I was basically dismissed and told they'll bring the filter to you and show if it needs to be changed. I have lung issues and wanted the air filter changed. My tires haven't been rotated since November of 2024 which is a year ago and I had driven almost 7500 miles.

I bought 2021 Tahoe high country form you guys back in August with no scratches on the rims when I got it back from getting oil changed and tire rotation done all 4 rims scratched pretty bad. When my wife went to get the Tahoe from the service desk she not knowledge when she walked up to the counter and when they told her where her car was it was not there then had to go back instead of bringing my wife to her car they said go check in the back while I am sitting in a wheel chair in the lobby waiting we are not very happy we thought since we bought this very expensive vehicle from you guys we should bring it in and do the maintenance but then get this kinds service

The whole team makes it so easy it use to be so stressful to purchase a vehicle but the team makes it so easy they ask what vehicle your interested in, and paperwork is ready to sign vehicle is shining inside and out and Tim our salesman for I believe last five vehicles and our daughters vehicles explains all the bells and whistles asks if we have any questions, so before we know it we are cruising down the road looking cool.

Appointment was at 3:10 I arrived a few minutes early. They said it would be aboutv40 minutes. I am from Marshall so timing was important. I checked back in 45 minutes and they hadn't even brought it in yet. They did push hard after that and had me on the road shortly there after.

For some reason the dealership is having a hard time submitting a claim to our insurance. We've given them all the information they need and requested they even call insurance for assistance. We want them to be paid for the work they've done, but since work was done, we've had other issues with same vehicle that seems somewhat suspicious.

Overall good experience. I made a reservation for 11:00 am and received a reservation confirmation via email for that time. However when I arrived the staff indicated the reservation was for 11:30. That said, they were able to take my truck at 11:00 anyway. Work was done in a timely fashion.

Multiple phone calls by my wife and myself with no returned calls looking for an appointment. Once we finally had an appointment, we also asked for multiple days to have a loaner since it was a warranty repair and we could not get any answers on that either. Finally had to have my wife pick me up in a snowstorm because we live over an hour away and I could not sit there all day waiting for it to be completed. It took more than a day anyway for the repair to be completed, so glad she did since we didn't have a loaner. I am a loyal GM person, but I guess I'll look to another dealership for any future issues or purchases.

We had a recall for airbag completed. Immediately had error messages on dashboard regarding the airbag. Brought back in to dealership to double check recall was completed correctly. Was charged $175.00 for service call!!
